Today was a work day, so I have not had time to do any clever blog-work. However, I did come across snowdrops in flower, at Worthington park this morning. Mobile photo, so not the best - but still.

yeah, that's it.
Sorry my loves. Mum has been in hospital since Saturday. On Saturday we were told she might not make it through the night. My sis had to drive up the highway having heard that. Plus that what Mum has is a brain tumour. Which is what killed Dad, 2.5 years ago.
However, this time we got a bit more lucku (I hope). This time it seems it is a benign tumour which can be removed. Today Mum had surgery to alleviate symptoms by removing trapped fluid. Hopefully she'll start to feel better tomorrow. All being well she might be home in a week or so.
Anyway, that's where I was, so please forgive me. And know that my 49th birthday tomorrow is looking like it might be one heck of a lot better than it seemed likely it was going to be :-)
